Tipical taste of Garfagnana's gastronomy

At Ristoro del Cavaliere farm holydays you can taste all the genuine dishes of traditional cooking from Garfagnana, prepared by Giovanna’s hands. Everything you will find is home made! Tortellini, fresh pasta, dry cakes, fresh cakes with cream and chocolate and many other delicious dishes.. ..all of this accompanied by a variety of wines that Roberto will be happy to make you taste!

Our farm holyday’s restaurant cannot offer you a standard menu. Every dish you can eat may be choosen from the daily menu, which always offers at least a couple of alternatives, in order to allow us to grant you the freshness and genuineness of our courses. The price for the dishes may vary in relation to number of courses, quantity of wine and difficulty for their preparation, from a eur 15 minimum to a eur 30 maximum.

The restaurant will be closed from January 1st, until Easter-day, except for special openings for feasts/parties to be arranged with owners. In July and August the restaurant will be open at dinner time by reservation on Thursdays and Fridays, and also at lunch time on Saturdays and Sundays. All other months it will be open (always by reservation) only on fridays’ nights, on saturdays the whole day, on sundays at lunch time. In case of special dinners and feasts the opening times must be arranged directly with owners.
